Bois de Balincourt is one of the only woody scents I’ve smelled that’s perfect for the summer months. While many wood-centric perfumes can be deep, enveloping and frankly overwhelming, this one has a soft, creamy breeziness to it. Spritzing it feels like being wrapped in the lightest cashmere blanket while watching a kaleidoscopic summer sunset.

On the first spritz, it feels warm and creamy as sandalwood and cedarwood intertwine. As it wears, you get a light spiciness from nutmeg and cinnamon before it settles in a glowing ambery cocoon.
