President Donald Trump is being accused of historic rape allegations by a former beauty queen as part of a House Judiciary Committee report on the former reality TV star’s alleged ties to the late convicted sex trafficker Jeffrey Epstein.
Rep. Jamie Raskin, the ranking Democratic member of the House Judiciary Committee, released a shocking report on Monday, October 26, that alleges that Trump, 80, was a “co-conspirator” in “Jeffrey Epstein’s conspiracy to traffic and abuse young women in the 1990s,” in addition to being accused by more than 25 women of sexual impropriety throughout his lifetime.
The president has denied ever committing sexual assault. Trump has previously claimed he ended his friendship with Epstein and kicked him out of his Palm Beach resort Mar-A-Lago over allegations the disgraced billionaire “stole” his employees — long before Epstein was convicted of procuring a person under 18 for prostitution and soliciting prostitution in 2008.
Committee staffers spoke with former Swiss beauty queen Beatrice Keul, who previously alleged in a 2024 Daily Mail interview that Trump groped her during an encounter at New York City’s Plaza Hotel in November 1993.
The Women Who’ve Accused Donald Trump of Sexual Misconduct
Keul, 55, subsequently told the House committee that she met Trump at the Plaza Hotel in connection with the American Dream Pageant. Once Trump stepped away from their conversation, Epstein — who died by suicide in 2019 after being arrested on fresh sex trafficking charges — allegedly introduced himself to Keul as “Don’s best friend” and offered to arrange her travel to Mar-A-Lago.
The former model further alleges that Trump later raped her in his hotel room, promising to help her arrange a visa and secure her enrollment New York University if she did not go public about the alleged encounter. He later allegedly reiterated his promise when he called her in Switzerland sometime later.
“Upon entering [his hotel room], Trump reportedly grabbed Keul from behind and forcibly raped her; in the process, tearing her dress and causing bleeding and bruising on multiple parts of her body,” the Judiciary Committee report read. “Keul described the rape as ‘brutal.’”
The House report contains direct testimony from four other women who “accused Trump of rape or sexual assault in Epstein’s company or presence.”
“None of these allegations are true. This ‘report’ is nothing more than a desperate attempt by crazed Democrats to distract Americans from the surging Republican momentum driven by President Trump’s historic achievements,” White House spokeswoman Lauren Bis told Us on Monday and as the White House remains without a press secretary. “The President kicked Jeffrey Epstein out of his club at Mar-a-Lago because he was a creep, and he has been fully exonerated of anything related to Epstein.”

Following the publication of the House Judiciary Committee report on Monday, Rep. Raskin, 63, called for the appointment of an independent special counsel to investigate Trump’s alleged ties to Epstein in greater detail.
“Donald Trump says he knew Jeffrey Epstein ‘just like everybody in Palm Beach knew him.’ Not exactly. Evidence involving 11 women tells a completely different and far more damning story about their relationship and the abuse of young women and girls that took place in their network,” Rep. Raskin said in a statement. “Five women have directly accused Trump of rape or sexual assault in Epstein’s company or presence; others have indicated that Epstein or [his accomplice Ghislaine] Maxwell attempted to traffic them to Trump.”
Rep. Raskin alleged that although multiple witnesses and alleged victims have “spoken to investigators and, in some cases, testified under oath,” Trump’s Justice Department has allegedly “shut down investigations, deliberately withheld evidence and, through [Attorney General] Todd Blanche, prevented Ghislaine Maxwell from discussing a survivor whose account implicated Trump — all while insisting there is no basis upon which to investigate Epstein’s possible accomplices.”
“Trump’s Justice Department appears to be covering up these crimes to protect the President,” the committee’s ranking Democrat continued. “The women who survived Epstein deserve to be heard, Congress must have the complete files required by law, and an independent special counsel must investigate Epstein’s co-conspirators and DOJ’s cover-up and ensure that state and foreign prosecutors have the evidence they need to pursue justice.”
In addition to his alleged ties to Epstein, Trump has been accused of sexual impropriety by more than two dozen women.
Writer E. Jean Carroll successfully sued Trump amid accusations of defamation and sexual assault over an alleged incident that occurred in the 1990s in a Bergdorf Goodman department store. Carroll, 82, was awarded $5 million and $83.3 million in damages in two respective judgments. (The Supreme Court denied Trump’s request for the high court to review his appeal of the $5 million judgment in August.)
The 1993 book Lost Tycoon: The Many Lives of Donald Trump included allegations that the mogul committed a “violent assault” against his ex-wife Ivana Trump during their marriage. (Trump called the accusations “obviously false” at the time.)
“[O]n one occasion during 1989, Mr. Trump and I had marital relations in which he behaved very differently toward me than he had during our marriage,” Ivana later said in a statement. “As a woman, I felt violated, as the love and tenderness, which he normally exhibited towards me, was absent. I referred to this as a ‘rape,’ but I do not want my words to be interpreted in a literal or criminal sense.”
Ivana was granted a divorce from Donald in December 1990 on the grounds of “cruel and inhumane” conduct because of his affair with eventual second wife Marla Maples. (Donald and Maples, 62, were married from 1993 to 1999 and he later wed Melania Trump in 2005. Ivana died at age 73 in 2022.)
