Why Kardashian-Jenner Family Deleted Prince Harry and Meghan Photos: Report

The mystery behind why photos of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle at Kris Jenner’s 70th birthday bash were deleted has seemingly been solved.

Harry, 41, and Meghan, 44, reportedly checked “no” on a photo consent form they received prior to the party, according to Tom SykesThe Royalist Substack.

Checking “no” meant that the royal couple didn’t want pictures of themselves inside the event to be shared publicly.

Sykes reported on Wednesday, November 12, that Harry and Meghan’s request was missed by someone on the Kardashian-Jenner social team. That mishap is why the pair were spotted in pictures posted by both Kim Kardashian and Jenner, 70, on Monday, November 10, before they were swiftly removed.

According to Sykes, Harry and Meghan were not “particularly bothered” by the pictures that made it onto social media.

TMZ reports that several photos were deleted, not just ones including Harry and Meghan. The outlet claimed because it was Remembrance Day in the U.K. they thought it “might be better” to delete the royal images. Meanwhile, a source with knowledge of the event told Us there was not a consent form for guests that that were aware of.

Us Weekly has reached out to Team Sussex for comment.

Us previously reported that Jenner’s children — Kim, Kourtney Kardashian, Khloé Kardashian, Rob Kardashian, Kendall Jenner and Kylie Jennerwere hosting a surprise gathering for Kris’ milestone birthday.

A source told Us earlier this month that the Kardashian-Jenner clan opted for a James Bond theme since “007” features the same numerals as their mom’s age.

On Saturday, November 8, Harry and Meghan were photographed arriving at the party, which was held at Jeff Bezos and wife Lauren Sanchez’s Beverly Hills mansion.

Meghan wore a sleek, black dress with a turtleneck-style neckline and high slit that showed off her toned legs. Harry, meanwhile, donned a velvet tuxedo jacket and black slacks with a poppy pin on his lapel in honor of the U.K.’s Remembrance Day.

Kim, 45, later shared a carousel of pictures from the party via Instagram on Monday. “KASINO ROYALE 🍸,” she captioned the snaps.

The Palace Did Not Snub Meghan Markle in Prince Harry’s 40th Birthday Post

One of the images showed Kim and Meghan posing together and smiling as the camera snapped away. The prince was seen in the background of the picture chatting with a person off to the side. (Paris Hilton, Justin Bieber, Ciara and more celebs were also included in the upload.)

Shortly after the photos went live, Meghan disappeared from the social media recap.

The birthday girl also shared photos from the festive celebration on Monday. “Magical night celebrating my 70th birthday with beautiful family and friends,” Kris captioned her photo dump.

While Kris’ post initially included a photo of her with both Meghan and Harry it has since been deleted.

Despite the photo mishap, Kris let the good times roll and shared multiple posts about her special day, including pictures with Kathie Lee Gifford and Mariah Carey.

“One of the very best nights of my entire life,” Kris captioned a separate Instagram post. “I am beyond blessed and so very grateful for my precious family and friends! ❤️🖤.”

Although Harry and Meghan’s pictures from the casino-themed bash have since gone missing, the pair have been very public over the past few weeks.

They were all smiles while attending Game 4 of the World Series on October 28, as the Los Angeles Dodgers took on the Toronto Blue Jays at Dodger Stadium in Los Angeles. Both Meghan, who is an L.A. native, and Harry sported Dodgers’ hats to cheer on the team.

Harry and Meghan then pulled double duty on Saturday, making it to Kris’ birthday party and the annual Baby2Baby Gala in West Hollywood that same evening. The couple posed for photos with Serena Williams, who hosted the event.
