Brittany Cartwright is setting the record straight on the cosmetic procedures she’s had done during her “mommy makeover” — and what she’s open to down the line.
“I don’t really have anything set in stone that I want to do next, but I’m an open book,” Cartwright, 37, exclusively told Us Weekly on Wednesday, April 15, while promoting The Valley season 3. “[I had my] second boob job on camera, so anything I do, the world will know about it.”
Cartwright gave birth to son Cruz in April 2021, undergoing a “mommy makeover” nearly four years later. The reality star opted for a breast augmentation and tummy tuck in 2025, later revealing on her “When Reality Hits” podcast that she had diastasis recti, a condition where the abdominal muscles separate, as well as “stretch marks” and a “shelf.”
“I did not get a nose job. I did not get fillers in my face, like everyone thinks,” she told Us. “If I did, I would tell you.”

Ever since getting new breast implants and having a tummy tuck, Cartwright has felt more confident than ever.
“I feel so amazing. I’m so glad that I did it, you know, kind of just taking my confidence back, taking my body back,” she said on Wednesday. “I’m just so glad that I did it. It was something I wanted to do for a long time, and you have no idea what it actually means to me. I’m sure a lot of moms out there can understand, but yeah, I feel amazing.”

The Valley star went under the knife amid her separation from estranged husband Jax Taylor. (Cartwright and Taylor, 46, have yet to finalize their divorce and currently share custody of Cruz, 5.)
“Coparenting is not easy. We still have our issues, but Cruz does not see any of that,” Cartwright added to Us of her dynamic with Taylor. “There’s no toxic anything in front of him, no arguments, nothing like that. Cruz comes first to both of us. I love him, his dad loves him, so he’s always gonna come first, no matter what, and he’s just thriving right now, and I’m so proud of him.”

Cartwright’s life as a single mom is also chronicled on season 3 of Bravo’s The Valley. (Taylor took a step back from the reality TV series ahead of the new season amid mental health issues.)
“It’s so much lighter this season. I don’t want to go back into the dark, toxic stuff,” she teased of the newest episodes, which feature Cartwright diving back into the dating pool. “I think if I’m going to date somebody for real, be in a real relationship, like, this is my life. I signed up for reality TV. I know I’m gonna share my life. I’m an open book, as I always say, and I always try to be super authentic. Whoever I date will have to probably pop in and out … but it’s important to me that they would respect that, but I don’t want them to be, like, eager.”
The Valley airs on Bravo Wednesdays at 8 p.m. ET.
