Did Kristen Bell’s and Adam Brody’s Siblings Hook Up on ‘Nobody Wants This’?

New episodes of Nobody Wants This finally addressed the chemistry between Kristen Bell‘s onscreen sister and Adam Brody‘s brother — but did Sasha and Morgan actually hook up?

Season 3, which is streaming now, showed Sasha (Timothy Simons) leaning on Morgan (Justine Lupe) amid his separation from Esther (Jackie Tohn). The friends grew closer and closer until a trip to New York paved the way for a day, which ended with Sasha and Morgan hooking up.

The next morning, Sasha woke up to see that Morgan took an early flight to avoid having a candid and potentially awkward conversation. She kept ignoring him all day until their loved ones convinced her to stop running away from a chance at happiness.

Morgan ran to find Sasha — who wasn’t on the same page about them exploring a romance. Instead, he argued that he would prefer to just remain Morgan’s friend and the rest of the season following the aftermath.

In the finale, Sasha slept with his estranged wife but didn’t tell her about his connection with Morgan. Esther found out and that destroyed all chances of her getting back together with Sasha — and his future with Morgan also remained unclear.

Nobody Wants This, which premiered in September 2024, centers around the unlikely relationship between the outspoken, agnostic Joanne (Kristen Bell) and unconventional rabbi Noah (Adam Brody).

Season 2 explored more of Morgan’s personal life when she found love with Dr. Andy (Arian Moayed) who turned out to not only be a therapist but her therapist as well. Despite Joanne’s objections, Morgan continued to date Dr. Andy, and they even got engaged.

Ultimately, Morgan couldn’t avoid the red flags and pulled the plug at their engagement party.

Everything to Know About ‘Nobody Wants This’ Season 3 So Far

At the time, Lupe, 37, shared her hopes for Morgan’s personal life moving forward, telling Us in December 2025, “I feel so trusting in these showrunners. I’m just excited to see what they come up with. I think they are just so talented and I love each of these characters so much that I’m kind of looking forward to the surprise.”

Lupe teased how season 3 would address the aftermath of Morgan’s failed engagement.

“I have faith in Morgan’s happy ending,” she said. “I don’t know if it will happen on camera but I have faith in her as a person who’s figuring her stuff out. I do think she will get her happy ending.”

Lupe also offered some suggestions about more fun celebrity cameos.

“I said recently that I liked the idea of Kurt Russell and Goldie Hawn on the show,” she shared with Us. “I think they’re both such funny, joyful geniuses and they would really fit into the show.”

Nobody Wants This is currently streaming on Netflix.
