In the City star Andrea Denver is officially a girl dad after his wife, Lexi Sundin, gave birth to their first baby.
“Our little Astrid,” the couple announced in a joint Instagram post on Thursday, September 3. “It’s already been a week with her, and our hearts have never been so full. Best thing we’ve ever done!! 🙌”
Congratulatory messages poured in from the Bravoverse from Vanderpump Rules‘ Katie Maloney, Summer House alum Luke Gulbranson and Family Karma‘s Amrit Kapai.
“So happy for you two!! She’s beautiful! Congratulations,” Kapai, 40, wrote in the comment section of Lexi and Andrea’s baby announcement.
Andrea and Lexi announced in June that they were expecting their first baby.
“Last fall, we decided it was time to start trying for a family, something we had always hoped for,” Lexi told People at the time. “Over Christmas, while we were spending time with family, I realized my period was a few days late and had a feeling I might be pregnant.”
After Lexi took a pregnancy test, the couple were overcome with emotion once they saw the positive result.
“It was one of those moments you wish you could bottle up forever,” she gushed to the outlet. “We were completely stunned in the best way and filled with gratitude. It’s exciting because every week makes it a little more real, and we’re both counting down the days until we finally get to meet our little one.”

Andrea and Lexi have been together since 2021, saying “I do” in the groom’s native Italy three years later.
“We feel so lucky to be able to celebrate with all our beloved people. I think it just solidified our relationship even further and we’re so excited to walk through life together,” the couple exclusively told Us in 2024 of their nuptials. “We are excited to grow together, make unforgettable memories, and eventually have a family of our own.”
Andrea and Lexi exchanged vows in a picturesque castle in Lake Garda, Italy, surrounded by his former Summer House castmates.
“This ancient castle, perched on a hill with sweeping views of the lake and the charming town of Lonato, offered everything we envisioned, including breathtaking sunsets,” the pair told Us at the time. “We also wanted our guests to fall in love with our cherished region and Lake Garda just as deeply as we have.”

They continued, “The castle’s grandeur, uniqueness and rich history set it apart from the rest, making it the perfect choice for our wedding. It truly checked all our boxes and felt like a dream come true.”
Nearly two years after their wedding day, Andrea and Lexi returned to Bravo for the latest Summer House spinoff, In the City, about the friend group’s lives in New York City in between summers in the Hamptons. Andrea and Lexi announced during the season 1 finale, which aired in early July, that they were expecting their first baby — as did costars Danielle Olivera and Yvonne Najor. Danielle, for her part, gave birth 10 weeks early on June 21.
“Welcome to the world, Aidan Santos Heavey,” Danielle, 37, wrote via Instagram on July 18 of her son with boyfriend Eoin Heavey. “Already making his own rules, Aidan arrived on June 21st at just 28 weeks (+5 days). Tiny, mighty, and clearly not interested in our timeline. He’s thriving at @stonybrookmedicine NICU and getting stronger every day while keeping Mom & Dad on our toes.”
Andrea, Lexi and Yvonne, 39, all offered their support in the comments section.
“Sending so much love to little Aidan,” Andrea replied at the time. “He’s already shown how strong he is. Wishing you guys endless strength and hoping home day comes soon.”
As for Yvonne, she and husband Nick Barber welcomed their first baby, son Leonardo, in late August shortly after Danielle’s baby boy was discharged from the NICU.
