Kyle Cooke and Amanda Batula had a blowout fight on In the City as she moved out of their shared apartment months before their official split.
“I am finally moving out today and I was alone last night and I had a full breakdown,” Amanda, 34, revealed during the Tuesday, June 16, episode, explaining that Kyle, 43, wasn’t with her the night before she left their home.
She confessed, “Even though it is to help our relationship, it does feel like a chapter closing. And the fact that he wasn’t here is sad.”
After Amanda helped the movers get the last items sorted, she told Kyle, who was in a meeting, she was leaving. He quickly stopped the call to see her off, but the moment went south fast.

Amanda asked Kyle what happened the night before, to which he replied, “There’s no really good justification. I’m running from my f***ing problems.”
Amanda then inquired about who was in their apartment, recalling that Kyle went to the New York City Marathon and then came home at “midnight” before he went “back out” and brought people home with him.
“You’re just bringing strangers back to our home while I’m asleep?” she asked, getting visibly frustrated with Kyle. “You had a woman in our home that you just met out!”

Amanda noted, “I’m doing this for the sake of our relationship to try and get to a better place. And you’re going out and f***ing around and doing whatever the f*** you want. What are you doing?”
The heated exchange got worse when Amanda started to think about being alone ahead of their big life change.
“I was getting emotional last night thinking about how it was going to be our last night in the apartment together,” Amanda told Kyle, her voice starting to get louder. “You do the one thing that you know pisses me off, which is coming home late. This is the note that I’m leaving on.”
Kyle didn’t have a defense, but he pointed out that he “worked all weekend” and that the couple “basically had very little interaction.”

He then claimed, “Our Friday and Saturday consisted of you just smoking. [You] didn’t do anything. We had plenty of opportunity for [a] conversation.”
Amanda started to break down, grabbing her bag and one of the pair’s dogs while trying to walk out of the apartment.
“I’m very overwhelmed right now. This is the last thing I needed today,” Amanda said getting choked up and fighting back tears.
Kyle walked behind her, saying, “I’m sorry.”
Amanda Batula Claims West Was ‘Just My Friend’ While Filming ‘In the City’
A visibly shaken Amanda stopped him. “No,” she said, her voice trembling as she looked at her phone and brushed Kyle away.
“You knew that it was marathon Sunday,” Kyle tried to explain, but Amanda wouldn’t listen.
She fired back, “Yeah, Kyle and you left so early and came back at 2 in the morning. Make that make sense. I don’t care.”
Amanda got into the elevator the moment the door opened, asking Kyle, “Can you close the door, I have to go.”

Kyle and Amanda’s argument was filmed in fall 2025 after Amanda decided she wanted to move out in hopes of bettering their marriage, which had been rocky all summer. (Amanda dropped the bombshell on Kyle on the fourth wedding anniversary in September 2025.)
Just months after the move — and filming the emotional scene — the pair announced in January that they are getting divorced after four years of marriage.
In late February, rumors surfaced that Amanda was hooking up with Summer House costar West Wilson, which they played coy about. However, on March 31, Amanda and West, 31, confirmed their friendship had turned romantic, releasing a joint statement.

Their romance has caused a massive fallout among the cast, especially because West previously dated Ciara Miller, who was a close friend of Amanda. (Ciara, 30, and West kissed in summer 2025 and were cozy that fall.)
During the three-part Summer House reunion, Kyle told Amanda, “I hate when our 10-year relationship gets talked about as if it was 100 percent bad.”
While Kyle and Amanda reunited earlier this month to film the In the City reunion, the fallout from her relationship with West continues to be felt by the rest of their costars.
Us Weekly confirmed on Monday, June 15, that West, for his part, won’t be returning to Summer House for season 11, but the rest of the cast has not been announced.
In the City airs on Bravo Tuesdays at 9 p.m. ET.
